Munir is a 37 years old Iraqi refugee in Syria with inguinal hernia that is interfering with his ability to work.

The patient was referred to the Assyrian Medical Society by the AAS-S. The Medical Relief Project of the AMS has approved his care at a hospital in Syria at a cost of (10,000 SL). Inguinal hernia repair was completed successfully. The patient is reported to be in good condition.
