Angelina is a 22 years old female who is a refugee in Syria. She has been diagnosed with goiter and thyroid nodules for which Thyroidectomy has been recommended. The projected cost of surgery is 20,000 SL. UNHCR has agreed to cover 70% of the cost and she has to come up with the 30%.

The MRP of the AMS has approved the coverage of the 30% needed for the surgery to take place.
