Shamoon Issac is 60 years old male with coronary artery disease from Iraq. He has been having chest pains requiring surgical intervention that is difficult to receive in Iraq.

Mr. Shamoon managed to cross to Syria and is registered with the UNHCR, which will cover 80% of the cost of his care. He was in need to match the remaining 20% of the cost (10,000 SL) that was approved by the AMS-MRP.

Mr. Shamoon Issac is scheduled to undergo the required procedures in a few days.
